Cancellation and no-show policies:
- For cancellation and/or rescheduling with 7 days before arrival, the amount paid will remain in the hotel’s account for a future reservation. Reservation valid only during weekdays until the end of the current year, except for periods when the hotel has special packages or offers and legal holidays.
- For cancellation and/or rescheduling with 48 hours before arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- For early departures, the full value of the ordered accommodation services will be charged.
Late Check-Out rates:
- Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, a fee of 50% of the accommodation rate/night will be charged.
- After 8:00 PM, a fee of 100% of the accommodation rate/night will be charged.
